Let’s gather for this is slow-paced style of yoga holds poses longer period of time (2-5 minutes) in order to release tight fascia and connective tissues. The class is practiced mostly on the floor and usually with the help of props such as bolsters and blocks. Some of the many benefits of practicing yin include: calms and balances both the mind and body, improves flexibility by releasing tight fascia, as well as increasing circulation while reducing stress and anxiety.

Donation Based Mandala Flow with Joey

This class is DONATION BASED! You can use your membership or package. Or you can just show up and donate cash to our studio. Come as you are.

Mandala Flow is a Vinyasa practice that involves centering at the opening of class, a warm-up focusing on principles of alignment and breath-led flow, and built-in clinics to teach transitions and asanas. The practice will culminate with one to two long Mandala flows which involve using the breath to transition between asanas while changing orientation and rotating fully around the mat. The practice will finish with deep stretching and Savasana to give the nervous system time to reset.
